Oncology Care First

Resource Hub

In November 2019, the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) released a Request for Information on the proposed Oncology Care First (OCF) model. With a proposed start date of January 2021, the OCF is an advanced payment model that is being positioned as the potential sequel to the Oncology Care Model (OCM). While there’s a lot we still don’t know about the specifics of the model and its payment elements, Flatiron plans to support practices with OCF as it has done with OCM. In the meantime, check here for all the latest on the Oncology Care First (OCF) model.
